RIP RUGBY Years 3/4/5/6 Players
Starts: Thursday 19 February unitl Thursday 26 March (6 Weeks) - Waipuna Park

Fee: $30 per player

Teams can be mixed boys and girls or single gender - this will depend on registrations

Website: Selwyn Ridge Sports for draws and team lists - also displayed on the sports board in the hall

Games are played on Thursdays at the Waipuna Park - between 4pm - 6:00pm - 30minute games.

Teams will need a coach please. The rules are simple and the aim is to ensure all players enjoy the game. Coaches, parents or an older sibling will be needed to referee thier own game each week. BOP Rugby provide the playing tags for all teams and will be already on the field when teams arrive.

Players wear our school PE shirt and suitable sports shorts. Players play in bare feet, no shoes or rugby boots.

RIP RUGBY - Years 3/4/5/6 - games include forming a scrum, a line out, kicking and offside line. This is non-contact and the kids wear a belt and tags to simulate a tackle. Teams are 7v7 with up to 10 players in a team
